"Top Dog" Business Etiquette - April Speaker for AWOB Meeting, Gig Harbor
Alliance of Women Owned Busnisses (AWOB) Monthly Meeting. Speaker: Stephanie Rowland, "Top Dog" Business Etiquette, Wednesday, April 10th, 5: - 6:30, Inn at Gig Harbor.
If you’re stressed with even the idea of stepping into a business event alone or maybe tongue-tied when introducing yourself to new people, Stephanie Rowland can help. Rowland is the featured speaker at the April 10th Power Series meeting of the Alliance of Women Owned Businesses (AWOB) at the Inn at Gig Harbor. The event begins at 5: pm.
Successful businesses are built on relationships and conversing with ease at events, receptions and dinners – considering what your professional presence means to your business, your bottom line, and the all-important “first impression”. After that, your knowledge (and comfort) with business etiquette can make the difference between interest, true contact, or a polite brush off!
Lisa Markman, AWOB president, notes, “Everyone struggles with this. The trick is to know some strategies and how to apply them. I am eager for our
membership to get a chance to see that these are skill-sets they can acquire.”
