Our mission is to provide annually a quality garden tour to promote literacy for children and adults on the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula.
The Gig Harbor Garden Tour is a self-guided tour of 6 or 7 gardens in the Greater Gig Harbor Area. Each garden has a unique story to tell that reflects the gardener's heart and style. The variety, artistry, design. and color will inspire you.
When you purchase a ticket at one of the ticket outlets or online you will receive a ticket booklet that will include descriptions of and directions to the gardens. Ticket booklets will be mailed to online ticket purchasers. Your ticket will admit you to both days and to multiple visits to the same garden.

This year we have once again seen an incredible response from the local arts community.&nbsp; Our 40th year promises to be the best ever Summer Arts Festival!
We are excited to feature over 100 artists—both new and returning—who will be sharing their creations and the stories behind them. Discover a wide range of mediums, including basketry, ceramics, fiber arts, garden art, glass art, jewelry, metal art, mosaic, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and woodworking. The event also features free kids' activities, live music, refreshments, our Summer Member Art Show, and connections with other local arts communities, including a literary corner. Enjoy access to a family-friendly park with trails, a playground, and picnic areas, plus free shuttles and ample parking.

Whether you’re into cider, beer, wine, spirits, mead, or non‑alcoholic creations, Summer Sips, Savor &amp; Stroll is the 1‑stop sip‑and‑shop adventure of the season. One afternoon, one walkable district, and 60+ handcrafted sips from the 253 — all paired with savory bites, refreshing sweet treats, and the vibrant energy of Uptown’s local businesses. 
Leisurely stroll from shop to shop with your commemorative glass, discovering new favorite makers, enjoying curated tasting stops, and soaking up live music at the Uptown Concert Pavilion. Let your senses run wild for a cause!
Proceeds support environmental education, conservation, and stewardship initiatives across our watershed through the Lu Winsor Memorial Environmental Grant program.
Each tasting ticket includes event admission, 8 tasting tokens, Commemorative Sips tasting glass, access to all Sips tasting stops at participating businesses, Live music, Seating in the concert pavilion, access to the Sips Garden &amp; Bottle Shop…and an awesome time!

Chapel Hill Church invites children ages 4 through 5th grade to Mega Sports Camp, a four-night summer sports camp happening August 3–6 from 6:00–9:00 pm in Gig Harbor. Kids can choose from PreK–K Sports Basics, baseball, basketball, cheer, Crafts &amp; Cooking, flag football, soccer, or volleyball. Each evening includes activity coaching, music, team interaction, and age-appropriate Bible teaching in a fun and welcoming environment. 
 
Cost is $70 through July 19 and $80 beginning July 20. Scholarships are available.
