INDIVIDUAL PROPOSALS

1. PL-SEPA-21-0004: Land Use and Housing Element Amendments.  The City’s adopted 2021 Budget has identified two items that, when complete, could require amendments to the Housing and Land-use Elements of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Those items are: Housing Attainability Analysis and Urban Growth Area Analysis. This request is initiated by the Community Development Department and its initiation would allow staff to identify those goals and policies within the element that could need updating as a result of these work program items as well as consistency with zoning information located in GHMC Title 17.
