The applicant is proposing a tenant improvement to develop a fast-casual Mexican restaurant with a pick-up lane at the former Opus Bank location. The tenant improvement will include all required utility infrastructure and will also include a revitalization of the exterior of the existing structure. The existing drive-aisle will be redesigned to accommodate a pick-up order window.
