NOTICE OF APPLICATION - THE RESERVE PRELIMINARY PLAT | PL-PPLAT-22-0001/PL-DR-22-0005/PL-ALP-22-0001/PL-SEPA-22-0004

The applicant proposes the development of two contiguous parcels totaling 9.88 acres to be developed into 14 single-family residential lots, two private access tracts, an open space and storm drainage tract, and a 5.79 acre parcel, designated as open space and critical area, which will protect and conserve a wetland, stream and steep slope. Site development will include a minor local residential road with direct access from Peacock Hill Ave., including all necessary utilities and infrastructure.
