The proposal includes the remodel of the existing building (previously occupied by Wells Fargo) to accommodate a new dental office including a minor increase to the building footprint.  Exterior work includes a new façade & glazing, a new staff entrance and other associated site improvements. The site is legally nonconforming in its existing state, and the proposed remodel does not increase the nonconforming elements of the structure. The applicant is seeking a design alternative recommendation from the DRB related to one specific requirement of Article IV: Architecture.
