The City of Gig Harbor is looking for volunteers interested in serving on the Gig Harbor Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.

The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee was established in accordance with state law to advise and recommend to the City Council on how lodging taxes collected in Gig Harbor should be allocated in order to best increase tourism in the city.

Applicants must be either representatives of a business required to collect the lodging tax OR persons involved in activities authorized to be funded by revenue received from the tax. Volunteers may live outside city limits.
LTAC meets monthly on the second Thursday of the month at 11:00 a.m. These are volunteer position not subject to compensation.
Persons interested in serving must submit a completed application by August 31, 2021.
