Does GH City Council have courage for a vote?

Gonna be an interesting City Council meeting on Monday evening 5:30 at the Civic Center.  They have a beautiful lecture presentation planned...with no public comment allowed.
The City Council has already given us those BIG Developer Agreements from a January meeting, but of course, you knew about that meeting, right?
And, of course, you did know about the Council vote in 2012 that put 12' trees and 6' tall hedges in any view corridor?

“the building can be at the property line along Harborview Drive.  a development agreement could amend the footprint size and setback provisions.”  Quote by the GH Planning Department.  That means no size or height limitations, can sit at the property line, 10 day notice for a public hearing.

There are 4 council members, who gave us Developer Agreements, running unopposed for reelection in November.  With 1,100 signatures on the petition and people still signing, a slate of write in candidates will put the downtown zoning back into YOUR hands!!!
It is time for better public notification on meeting agendas!!!
It is time to repeal Developer Agreements!!
It is time to repeal those view stopping hedges and trees!!
It is time for a new slate of council members to put the waterfront in YOUR hands!!
