
ADVANCED Sushi Rolling**with Naomi Kakiuchi, RD, CD CCP Executive Producer of The Art of Sushi DVD Series
In this advanced sushi rolling class you will build on your basic rolling skills from our last class. Naomi Kakiuchi of NuCulinary will teach you the secret of perfect, light tempura; how to roll fillings on the outside of your roll with Caterpillar and Dragon rolls.
This class builds on our basic rolling class and does not include seasoning sushi rice or basic rolls. We will focus on the cooking techniques for soft shell crab and tempura shrimp and vegetables with our advanced rolling techniques.
