Cooking Class - Wine & Chocolate... Gluten Free & Lactose Free!

Join Jutta Suhr, Chocolatier and owner of: Award winning "Amante Truffes"  for a Sweet treats & wine class...


You will learn to make dipped and molded truffles that are "allergen free"; gluten free, lactose free, with no GMO or artificial preservatives, additives, colorings or flavorings. These truffles are all natural chocolate confections with no compromise in the quality, appearance, or the taste.
Amante Truffles are nothing less that what gourmet chocolate lovers expect and demand. Made of imported dark Belgian chocolate, they are perfect for people everywhere with special dietary needs or for those that want a 'healthy' chocolate truffle.

Jutta's elegant truffles and Bella's 3 wine pairings are bound to delight you!

 Bella's classes are a "hands on" experience. After a brief lecture, class members will be given the opportunity to create their own truffles.
Please anticipate (approximately) a 2 hour class period.
