Campers will explore the vast terrains of the Key Peninsula and experience a variety of activities designed to inform and enrich their lives as stewards of our environment. Activities include: kayaking, ropes courses, beach combing, exploring a local farm, geocaching, and a variety of other fun things. This camp will teach behavior for our natural world and inspire sound decisions that are in balance with the human and natural environments. This camp is organized and supervised by Pierce County Environmental Educators from Public Works and Utilities and staff from Key Pen Parks.
A few weeks before the start of camp, campers will receive a camp outline and schedule.
