Let’s run for a common goal. Connect with other runners of all levels as you train for the Sound to Narrows – 5k or 12k
on June 9th. Training will include instruction on proper stretching, cross-training, tempo training, interval training and of course the long distance runs. Thursday interval training at 6pm and Sundays run at 8am are held at either Gig Harbor or Tacoma. All you need is a pair of running shoes and a positive attitude. Together – the finish line is ALWAYS attainable. Class is for beginners that can jog 1 mile
without rest. All paces welcome.
