Classes at Bella Kitchen & Home are an intimate "hands on" culinary experience. Your chef/instructor will open with a brief lecture and demonstrate specific techniques, providing expertise and guidance throughout the evening. You and other class members will make the meal, participating at the level that corresponds to your interest. When you have finished preparing the meal, the class will end with a family-style dinner and wine pairing. Our goal is that you learn some new culinary skills, enjoy the fine food that you prepared and have fun in the process.
