Parenting Teenagers Course is for any parent or caregiver of 11-18 year-olds, whether things are challenging or all is going well. This free course meets Sunday, April 28, 2:00pm to 4:15pm. It is designed to equip parents to build strong relationships with their teenagers while guiding them toward adulthood. This week’s session focuses on developing emotional health including strategies for conflict resolution, managing stress, and verbalizing feelings without aggression. Participants learn from experts in the field and have the opportunity to discuss issues with other parents. This course is part of Alpha USA.
