The "Walk For A Cure" event is the Senior project for Liam Kelly, as well as a fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Live music performances by KGHP's "The Walrus", along with local bands "The Buddy System" and "Yahtzee". Prizes and giveaways. A suggested donation of $10 to sign up. Free custom t-shirt with every $25 donation. All proceeds from the fundraiser goes to the JDRF to help fund the cure, treatment and prevention of Type 1 diabetes. All donations are tax deductible. Come on out for some unity in the community.
