October 15 seems to be the day the death knoll rings for Gig Harbor Patch. Very sad to see it go. It will be a sad day for folks who like to speak their mind, to share information, to stir interest and make folks think. In our view of democracy those are all good things.
Gig Harbor Patch has been a good forum for democracy in our town and we all will be less for its closing.
Safe traveling to all the Patch employees; may you land on your feet knowing that for one, all to brief moment....your work made a difference to the world.
