Let's face it. Kayaking is in Gig Harbor's blood! I want a kayak, but since I live in an Apartment building, where would I keep it? Well folks, I found the solution just by walking downtown and happening upon that kayak shop which has that beautiful water feature. Forgive me if I cant remember the name...senior moment and I'm not talking about High School. LOL. But anyway, they have this kayak that you can actually fold up and put in a backpack. And no, it's not inflatable. It has a rigid frame, with a type of material that reminds you of canvas yet it is very stiff. The frame folds up as well as the main part of the kayak. What a wonderful idea! Now I just have to find those extra pennies to save up!
