TACOMA, WA - A 43-year-old father was killed late Wednesday night along I-5 near the Tacoma Dome. Kenneth Oatts, a Tacoma resident, was standing alongside his daughter's car filling the gas tank, according to reports, when another vehicle hit him.

Oatts' daughter had called him to fill her gas tank, KIRO 7 reported. Three young women - ages 19, 20, and 24 - were in the car whose tank Oatts was filling, but none of them were injured. Urban was not injured and is not expected to face any charges, according to state patrol.
