The drawing of the waterside of Harborview comes from the red lines supplied by the city. The city likes to say, "no one would ever do this". Why does the city intend to zone for it?
By the way, with 2 story flat roof, commercial buildings on the waterside of Harborview Dr, the condo owners on the uphill side of Harborview Dr have no choice but to go bigger and taller buildings in order to have a waterview.
Shown here are 3 story buildings, when actually there is no limit to the height of those Developer Agreement buildings. Yep, these buildings are already legal. Did you know about the meeting when the council voted that one in?
2 story, flat roof buildings on the waterside mean 3 story + buildings on the uphill side of Harborview. Oct 14; 5:30 you get to be heard for 3 minutes!!!
