Is This Your Kayak? It Was Found Off Cutts Island
Gig Harbor fire was called to a report of a floating kayak. If it's yours, it's at the Kimball fire station.

GIG HARBOR, WA - Gig Harbor firefighters were called to rescue a possible missing kayaker on Tuesday - but all they found was an empty kayak. Is it yours? If so, the boat is at the Kimball Drive fire station.
Here's what Gig Harbor fire wrote on Facebook:
Run away kayak! This afternoon, our crews responded to a 911 call for an unattended kayak near Cutts Island. Gig Harbor Fire & Medic One investigated and with the help of some neighboring boaters, the kayak was retrieved. Our official “oceanographers” guessed it might have come from some distant shore in Henderson Bay. If you recognize this "vessel” please let the owner know that it is currently located at our Kimball Dr. fire station and to come pick it up. By the way…our fire engine looked pretty cool driving home sporting this kayak!
