Yay the good weather is here, hope your grills are ready to go. Right now there is a plethora of seafood and not just from the Northwest. Yellow fin tuna, swordfish, blue marlin, mahi mahi, red and white Alaskan troll king salmon fillets, halibut fillets and cheeks, black cod, petrale sole, ling cod, rockfish, and true cod all here now. Just made a new batch of ahi poke and artichoke parmesan crab dip. Also in u-10 dry pack sea scallops from the East coast, Hawaiian style lomi lomi salmon and tako poke. Get those grills going it is time for great seafood!!!!!
