KIRKLAND, WA - A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at Edith Moulton Park Saturday, July 21 from 11 a.m. to noon. The park has been under construction since January.

The park was annexed by the city in 2011. In 2015, the council adopted a master plan for the park and approved $1 million for design and renovation of the park, including gravel paths, boardwalks, a picnic pavilion, a play structure and a restroom building.
