EvergreenHealth Welcomes New Ear, Nose & Throat Specialty Practice

EvergreenHealth is pleased to announce its newest specialty care practice, EvergreenHealth Ear, Nose & Throat Care. Led by Dr. Paul Bikhazi and Dr. John Brockenbrough, the practice provides a full spectrum of ear, nose and throat (ENT) care for both adult and pediatric patients.

EvergreenHealth Ear, Nose & Throat Care partners with patients to provide a range of treatments and services for snoring and sleep apnea, head and neck surgical oncology, diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid, voice and swallowing disorders, hearing disorders and dizziness. The practice provides surgical procedures in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including intraoperative nerve monitoring, sinus surgery and radiofrequency-based tonsillar surgery.

Dr. Bikhazi is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has practiced in the Seattle area for the past 15 years. He has advanced training in sinus diseases and allergies, as well as expertise in snoring and sleep apnea, endocrine and thyroid surgery, and ear disorders.

Dr. Bikhazi completed his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego. After finishing his residency in otolaryngology at the University of California, San Francisco, he joined The Everett Clinic and served as department chairman for 10 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Brockenbrough is board-certified in otolaryngology and fellowship-trained in head and neck surgical oncology. In addition to other ear, nose and throat disciplines, his expertise also includes pediatric otolaryngology. Dr. Brockenbrough is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the American Head and Neck Society. For the past decade, he has held a faculty appointment at the University of Illinois where he trains medical students and residents.

Dr. Brockenbrough earned his medical degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. After finishing a residency in otolaryngology at Loyola University, he completed a fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. He pursued undergraduate studies at Stanford University.
