Fire Closes Road Near Juanita Beach In Kirkland

KIRKLAND, WA — A small structure fire in an apartment building forced the closure of Juanita Drive on Friday afternoon.

According to city officials, a structure fire broke out in an apartment building along Northeast Juanita Drive. The fire department temporarily closed 9rd Avenue Northeast to Northeast 116th Place due to the response.

City officials advised drivers to avoid the area during the afternoon hours.
