Flute Master Playing at KPC and Birding Walk at Watershed Park
Things you might like to know today, Feb. 20, 2011.

- Blending flute music from China, Cuba and American Jazz as well as traditional Native American wind music, Gary Stroutsos is considered a world flute master. His show at the Kirkland Performance Center starts at 4 p.m.; all seats are $20.
- Cheer on your favorite swimmer at the Lake Washington Masters Swim Meet hosted by Juanita High School’s Aquatics Center. The meet begins at noon and includes 20 different races.
- The Eastside Audubon society meets every third Sunday for a birding walk at Kirkland Watershed Park. Meet at 1 p.m. at NE 45th and 110th Ave. NE. The walk lasts two hours and don’t forget your binoculars.
