  • Why Go: Come out and participate in Captain Jack's 8k Treasure Run & Walk. Each participant gets to take a trip to the Treasure Chest where they’ll be giving away more than $10,000 in prizes! That includes one-hour massages from and running shoes from !

  • Why Go: Join the North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation as they present the 2012 NANBF Natural Cascades Classics. This is a natural amateur drug-tested event for men's and women's bodybuilding, figure, fitness, and bikini competition.
  • Cost: Prejudging at 10 a.m.: $17.50/youth under 5: $10; Finals at 5 p.m.: $22.50/Youth under 5: $10.


  • Where/When: 7:30-11 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at the .
  • Why Go: Get ready for a fun evening of contra dances (social dance originally from New England) including a few circle and square dances. Live traditional folk music and dance caller. Walk-through provided for every dance. Attending with a partner is not necessary. Beginner instruction at 7:30 p.m., dance at 8 p.m. Free ice cream provided during the break!
  • Cost: $8 at the door; $4 for students. First time is free.
