Kirkland Dentist Pointed Gun At Man Outside Practice: Report

The dentist allegedly pointed a gun with a laser sight at a man standing in the parking lot outside his dental office.

KIRKLAND, WA - A local dentist is facing second-degree assault charges after he allegedly pointed a gun with a laser sight at a person standing in the parking lot outside his dental practice.

Around 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 28, dentist Thomas H. Seal, 64, heard noises in the parking lot outside his practice, according to KIRO 7. Seal allegedly pointed a gun with a laser sight at a man standing in the parking lot, according to the report. Seal's office is located next door to the Juanita Pub along Northeast 12oth Place.

When police responded, Seal told police that he had pointed a laser pointer at the man, according to the report. But police later found a Glock handgun with a laser sight inside the practice, according to KIRO.

Seal also allegedly told police that he worked for the government and trained military special forces soldiers.
