Plant a Forest for Arbor Day in Kirkland
Volunteer on Nov 8th at Everest Park to celebrate Arbor Day and plant over 1,000 native trees, shrubs and groundcovers

Volunteer with the Green Kirkland Partnership on Saturday, November 8th, from 10am-2pm, to celebrate Kirkland’s Arbor Day and help plant a forest at Everest Park. After morning work in the park, refuel with delicious pizza donated by The Watershed Company, watch Kirkland Mayor Amy Walen plant a ceremonial Arbor Day Tree, and learn more about urban forestry from WA Department of Natural Resources’ Ben Thompson. We have over 1,000 plants and we need YOUR help to get them in the ground.
Please REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER to ensure that we have enough tools and pizza for everyone!
