Plant a Forest with Green Kirkland this Fall!
Volunteer with Green Kirkland this fall to help plant trees, shrubs and groundcovers in parks throughout the City!

Fall is here and with it comes colorful leaves and rain! That means it’s time to grab your raingear and head to a local park to take part in PLANTING SEASON! In urban forest restoration, we plant native trees, shrubs and groundcovers once the rain has softened the soil and Mother Nature will water our plants for us. The Green Kirkland Partnership has volunteer planting events throughout October and November we need YOUR help to find forever homes for over 2,000 plants this fall.
