“Kirkland is evolving into a world-class urban city and more, and more people want to call it home. We find this is also true about many of our surrounding Eastside cities. And because Keller Williams Eastside agents live and work in these neighborhoods it is always our priority to be thoughtful and involved in our communities,” said Nunes.
“We really are a great fit for the Eastside,” said Tracey Forde, CEO of Keller Williams Kirkland. “Keller William’s priorities are Technology, Training and Culture. We are equipped with technology and training unparalleled by other brokerages. With a new partnership with Google Apps for Business, every Keller Williams Realty associate takes advantage of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar and more. Our agents have access from any internet-connected device - including laptops, smartphones and tablets.”

A new Keller Williams mobile app allows consumers to search homes based on criteria or by custom drawing on an interactive map; find GPS localized data; swipe through galleries of a home’s photos and have faster communication between agents and consumers via call, text or email.
The September 24 Kirkland Open House event theme, “We’re Painting the Town Red” is a nod to RED Day, a Keller Williams initiative dedicated to improving local communities. Each year, on the second Thursday in May, tens of thousands of associates from across the United States and Canada participate in a wide range of projects, devoting their time to renewing and energizing aspects of the neighborhood in which they serve.
