Spilled Pasta Blocks Interstate 405 Ramp In Kirkland
According to WSDOT, someone lost a load of noodles on a southbound ramp near Northeast 85th Street.

KIRKLAND, WA — According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, a whole lot of pasta was to blame for a blockage on an Interstate 405 off-ramp in Kirkland Friday night. Early reports indicated the lost load was glass, but a closer inspection revealed the mess to be 100 percent noodle-based. WSDOT posted video of the spill online, prompting several hungry responses on social media. The ramp to Northeast 85th Street was partially blocked until an incident response team could take care of the fallen ingredients.
Folks....those are noodles. Someone lost a lotta pasta. Bring the marinara, bring the parmesan - we'll be here for a bit, but we're eating good tonight! pic.twitter.com/mjOjgk2gM0
