• Repo Man Arrested For Trying To Take Back Wrong SUV In Ellensburg (talk1067.com) — A Selah man was arrested after allegedly trying to repossess the wrong SUV in Ellensburg, then was booked into Kittitas County Jail and appeared in Kittitas County Superior Court. Police say he injured the owner's hand while grabbing for the keys and lacked proper repossession paperwork, before officers discovered the vehicle he sought was actually in Oregon.
   

• Respiratory illness season showing early signs in Grant County (grandcoulee.com) — Kittitas County health officials are joining counterparts from Grant and neighboring counties to set thresholds and guidance for this year's respiratory illness season, including COVID-19, flu, and RSV. With early signs already appearing in Grant County, residents are urged to get recommended vaccines, stay home when sick, and take extra precautions around vulnerable people and long‑term care facilities.
