LAKEWOOD, WA — Sunday night, a man was shot at a Wendy's in Lakewood. Now, officers are asking for the public's help identifying the two suspects behind the shooting.
The Lakewood Police Department says it happened around 10:15 p.m. at the Wendy's on South Tacoma Way. When officers arrived, they say they found a man who had been shot several times while sitting inside his own car. Officers treated the man until medics arrived and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he is said to be in critical condition.
After investigating, officers determined that the man had been shot by someone driving a mid-to-late 200's black Jeep Cherokee, or similar vehicle. They've shared this surveillance footage of the car in question.
