Ames Family Hospice House to Host Community Open House June 23

Lakewood residents are invited to tour the new 40,000-square-foot Ames Family Hospice House this Saturday, June 23, 1-4 p.m.  Located in Westlake, just north off the I-90 Crocker Rd. Exit (between the Holiday Inn and Bonne Bell) the newly completed residential hospice care facility built by Hospice of the Western Reserve will provide a home away from home for seriously ill patients in Western Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.

At the open house, the community is invited to tour the house and 30-ace wooded grounds. Musical entertainment, refreshments and the WDOK live remote van will also be on hand. Visitors may purchase a brick in memory of a loved one for inclusion in the Tribute Walk or enter a raffle for a chance to win a 1937 Jaguar SS100 Replicar.

Free parking and shuttle service for the open house will be available in the Cleveland Clinic parking lot, just around the corner, off Clemens Road.
