2012-13 Lakes Lancers Projected to Make an Impact on Football.

Sammie Long and Dominic Milton will take on bigger leadership roles next year as seniors.

Lakes wide receiver Sammie Long certainly passes the eyeball test and is a pretty solid receiver. He's got good speed and size and is a decent route runner. He's a little inconsistent in catching the ball and could really serve to be more physical catching the ball in traffic and certainly when he knows a hit is coming. But the size and speed will make him a pretty strong candidate for a number of BCS offers. -Brandon Huffman
