After thought from my post earlier! The City of Lakewood has decided to extend the new farmers market for 3 weeks! I wish I would have known this sooner because most vendors plan their vacations for after the markets have ended. Steilacoom extended their market for an extra week at no charge to the vendors. Lakewood wants more money from the vendors to continue! Steilacoom let us know weeks ago about the extention so we can plan our lives around the markets! Anyway: I plan on being at the Lakewood Market for one extra week, but hope there will be no charge for the extra week! Some of our vendors are coming from long distances to help Lakewood with their new market! Come on guys: throw us a bone! Dog Treat Lady!
