The frame is solid oak and there are two side arms. It is in excellent condition with no stains, no odors, no cracks or chips in the frame or arms. The mattress does not sag in any way. I do not want to sell it, but new apartment is too small to accommodate it.
NOTE: Unfortunately, all the hardware was lost in a move by the moving company; you must buy the hardware (easy to obtain online or in most hardware stores) and assemble it yourself. The frame is in 2 sections and there are two arms.
ANOTHER NOTE: As depicted, it is bent in two; the white lines are strings it is tied with. If you are interested, I can send photos of it opened flat, and of the arm/frame pieces.
