The Everyday Engagement mini workshop is an 8 hour, hands on workshop divided into 2 separate 4 hour pieces. The material covered are the four necessary traits for any high performance team:
Leadership
Communication
Engagement
Teamwork.
Initially developed by a Boeing after the biggest white collar strike in U.S. history and used in large corporations since, including Coca Cola, Group Health, and the National Health System of Canada. These tools have proven to increase productivity, moral of employees, and most importantly profits. Each area is broken down into smaller step by step instructions that people actually do in the workshop so they can see how each section works with real people.
