Cascades High Speed Rail (Amtrak's Point Defiance Bypass Project) plans as many as 14 trains per day at 79 mph through Tillicum. An open house hosted by Amtrak is planned for Nov.15, 4-7 p.m. at the Tillicum Community Center.
