The Lakewood Historical Society's program at St Mary's Episcopal Church will celebrate Lakewood's Cityhood. The process that began in 1971 ended with successful passage for incorporation in 1995 after the fourth attempt.
Former Mayors Bill Harrison and Claudia Thomas and Transition Team Leader, Andie Gernon, will share their unique insights in the process.
