The empowering audios in our health fitness program address the mental and emotional baggage that hold us back from getting everything we want out of our health and life. This is the true reason why we hold on to weight, why we fail, why we don’t try and why we never truly get to where we say we want to go. This aspect of The Healthy Edge health fitness programs are what sets us apart from everything out there.

The videos are entertaining, witty and give a down-to-earth view of what you and your family need to know when it comes to shopping, cooking, eating out, exercising, reading food labels and so much more!
#3—Accountability
Honest Look
Without accountability, many of us fall victim to our circumstances and excuses. Most people dread accountability, but when we are truly honest with ourselves, it is a necessary tool to keep us on track and focused on our goals.
Keep On Track
The Healthy Edge health fitness program has a system of accountability that is empowering and fun, and unlike other health fitness programs, it is NOT meant to make anything you do “right” or “wrong”. The accountability includes a daily lifestyle log that tracks the five Healthy Edge goals. Each week you will complete a weekly accountability log that summarizes the week to give you and honest look and honest feedback from Amber and April. This is a powerful tool to see “how” and “why” you are getting the results you are getting.
