FUN SUMMER DANCE CAMPS OFFERED FOR TEEN, PRE-TEENS & YOUTH AT DANCE THEATRE NORTHWEST

SUMMER DANCE CAMPS: Thanks to a grant from the May Bell
Hansen Memorial Fund, DANCE THEATRE NORTHWEST will be
offering both a Comprehensive Summer
Dance Intensive and a Ballet, Jazz
and Musical Theatre Dance Camp this summer. Both camps can be combined with
the Unlimited Dance Class program offered on an ongoing basis through the
501-c-3 non-profit organization making these dance related experiences more
accessible. 

The Comprehensive Summer
Dance Intensive will not only improve dance technique with ballet, jazz and
musical theatre classes geared to youth Ages: 10-14 but will also give the
dancers tools for increasing their stage presentation, strength and flexibility
with injury prevention, special skin care survival tips, dance history,
nutrition, stage and professional make-up, arts, science,  choreography, and music concepts. 

The Ballet, Jazz and Musical Theatre Dance Camp
is a FUN and energetic dance camp for youth Ages: 7-10 to work on dance
technique, movement concepts, choreography, music concepts, dance history,
nutrition, basic sewing skills, creating your own dance camp workbook, acting,
drama and stage presence.
