Grant Funding For Lakewood
The Lakewood Community Foundation Fund (LCFF) is now accepting 2015 grant applications. Please see the Fund web page for application forms http://lakewoodfoundation.org. In 2015 LCFF will award $15,000 in grant funding to promote an improved community in Lakewood. Non-profit organizations with a focus on Lakewood are encouraged to apply.
