One of Lakewood's famous donut landmarks is on the real estate market.
The House of Donuts business and property is listed for sale. The local establishment has sold sugary bread for more than 50 years, filling customer's stomachs with apple fritters, cream-filled donuts, maple bars and more for less than $1.
The listing price is $360,000.
