Lakewood Holiday Parade Entry Deadline Approaching
The deadline to register for the annual Lakewood Holiday Parade is coming in three weeks.

LAKEWOOD, WA - The deadline is getting close for people to register for the annual Lakewood Holiday Parade, held on Dec. 1. This year’s parade will march down 59th Street in Lakewood Towne Center, ending at the roundabout where the city’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will occur.
You don’t need an elaborate float – a car, sign and Christmas lights will suffice! Registration deadline is Friday, Nov. 17. Parade begins at 5:30 p.m.
The evening’s festivities begin with caroling at City Hall, refreshments and a chance for kids to show off their LEGO building skills with the Winter Wonderland Brick Builders 4 Kidz LEGO contest. People are encouraged to line 59th Street to cheer on the parade participants, see Santa arrive by fire truck and catch candy.
