Mann Middle School Students to Judge Prestigious Car Show at LeMay Museum
Eight students will serve as junior judges at the 10th Annual Kirkland Concours d' Elegance on Sept. 9 in Tacoma.

Eight students from Mann Middle School will serve as junior judges at the 10th Annual Kirkland Concours d' Elegance. The prestigious competition will be held Sept. 9 at the LeMay - America's Car Museum in Tacoma.
According to information from the Clover Park School District, the students participated in training in June for the event, which is second only to the Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance in California in terms of quality and prestige.
The cars are some of the most beautifully restored, preserved and rare cars in the world, and will be displayed by invitation only. The junior judges will award trphies to the best cars in each class.

The event raises money for Seattle Children's Hospital.
Organizers hope the junior judges will be interested in continuing to judge, and maybe even collect cars as adults.
