Massive Lakewood Pot-Growing Facility Raided
Police recovered 49 pounds of marijuana and more than 500 plants.

LAKEWOOD, WA - Police executed a search warrant Friday for drug manufacturing and uncovered a large pot-growing facility, recovering 49 pounds and 500 marijuana plants, according to KIRO 7. The operation, which police said was "very professional," was located in the 10900 block of Glenwood Drive Southwest. The estimated value of the drugs was $730,000.
A 54-year-old man has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a building for drug purposes
