Parkland Woman Wakes Up To Find Stranger Rubbing Her Face

The burglar told her she was "you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen."

PARKLAND, WA - A burglar is in custody after he broke into a sleeping woman's home Sunday morning. Police said she had fallen asleep on the couch and awoke to the burglar rubbing her face. He said to her "you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen."

The woman asked who he was and why he was in her home. Police said he told her his name was Carlos and to not be afraid. She then left her home and ran across the street to a neighbor's.

The neighbor armed himself with a gun and went out into the street. The burglar was leaving through the front door and the neighbor raised his gun at him and told him to stop. However, the burglar went back into the house and fled into nearby wetlands.
