Pierce County Deputies On 'Cops' 1,000th Episode Tonight

Monday's episode of "Cops Beyond the Bust" will feature a story about a Pierce County shooting.

PARKLAND, WA - Now that the eclipse is over, it's time to plan for the next big viewing event. The Pierce County Sheriff's Department will be featured on the show "Cops Beyond the Bust" Monday night on SPIKE TV. The episode with give an update on a shooting and pursuit that occurred in Parkland in 2000.

"Cops Beyond the Bust" is a special to mark episode No. 1,000 for the long-running "Cops" TV show. The episode will be hosted by Terry Crews in celebration of the show's 30th season. Pierce County's Sgt. Erik Clarkson will appear in-studio with Crews to talk about the Parkland incident.

The entire episode will feature clips and updates on famous moments in "Cops" history. The show starts at 9 p.m. Monday on SPIKE, which is channel 57 (640 for HD) for Comcast subscribers.
