Reminder: CPSD Graduation Ceremonies Scheduled Friday, Monday

Harrison Prep will hold graduation on Friday; Lakes and Clover Park will follow suit on Monday.

It's just about that time for the Class of 2012 to say goodbye to high school. Graduation ceremonies are planned Friday and Monday for the district's three high schools:

Harrison Preparatory School will hold its graduation at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Sharon McGavick Center at Clover Park Technical College.

Lakes High School will hold its commencement exercises at 4 p.m., and Clover Park High School, at 7 p.m., Monday at the Tacoma Dome. Attendees are encouraged to arrive a half-hour early. Parking is paid in lots surrounding the Dome.

Tickets to the ceremonies must be purchased in advance; none will be available at the door. Contact your school's Student Accounts for information on how to get tickets.

Attendees are asked to be respectful of those graduating by not bringing noisemakers of any kind. Balloons will not be allowed into the Tacoma Dome.
